Herald-Zeitung: Former New Braunfels ISD admin building to become Mill Street Youth Center

The New Braunfels Youth Collaborative will be using the Mill Street building to house its programs, returning the building to its original purpose of serving students. They have finished the schematic design phase of the building renovations and are looking toward construction.
