Patrick is a commercial real estate broker specializing in development, sales, marketing and leasing. He is the founder of Core 35 Realty which he operates alongside his wife and children. Patrick is also a 40+ year member of the Knights of Columbus and his family was named Family of The Year in 2009-2010 by the Knights of Columbus Council 4183. Patrick has 29 years of perfect attendance with the Downtown Rotary Club of which he has been the President. When not participating in one of his many community service projects, Patrick enjoys downtime with his children and grandchildren mixed with a bit of golf. Patrick’s love of this community can be summed up in his optimistic reply when asked to name his favorite thing about New Braunfels….“it hasn’t happened yet!”
