PROVISIONS: A 25:35 Outreach
Founded by an alliance of churches, Provisions is a non-profit food pantry serving our neighbors who are in need of immediate necessities. The mission of Provisions is to serve and provide assistance to neighbors, guiding them toward a better life.
The specific meaning of Provisions tagline “A 25:35 Outreach” comes from a reference to Matthew 25:35 which reads, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.” In this, Provisions recognizes the responsibility to care for those in hardship.
Their vision is to support individuals and families struggling to live day-to-day and provide the tools and resources to foster self-sufficiency and responsible living.
