NEW BRAUNFELS CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES
The New Braunfels Christian Ministries (NBCM) collaborates with families, community partners, and volunteers to expand possibilities within the community and affirm the God-given value of every individual.
NBCM invests in the community through two key programs: Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) and Kids Club. These programs are designed to help clients break the cycle of intergenerational poverty by enhancing health outcomes, strengthening academic abilities, providing health education, developing social skills, and creating supportive relationships.
In 2023, their clinic served 691 patients across 5,934 appointments, which helped prevent $3.3 million of medical debt for patients. Additionally, the NBCM Kids Club program anticipates welcoming over 250 kids to participate at least twice a week during the 2024-2025 school year.
Through their work and with the support of partners, NBCM continues to make a positive impact on the lives of our neighbors.
